Return Policy
Not loving your scent? It happens! We offer a 14 day return policy. This means you have up to 14 days after your order has been received to request a return in order to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Anything past the 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return the product must be returned in the same condition that it was received and you will need proof of receipt.

To start a refund, you can contact us at sundaycandleco23@gmail.com. All returns will need to be sent to 419 W South Ave, Maryville, MO 64468.

If your item is accepted for return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Any item sent back to us without requesting a return will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and CAN NOT be returned. If you have questions about what items are eligible for return please ask before you ship it back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us at sundaycandleco23@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving to discuss the best plan of action. If you do not contact us within the 14 days we will not offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will inspect the item(s) and email you as soon we have approved the return.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sundaycandleco23@gmail.com.
